We booked packing services for the day before moving, knowing it would be a busy day. They walked through every room, though and were not starting until we had discussed the things that needed to be taken care of. It took less than 4 hours to pack the kitchen, and they labeled everything by cabinet, making unpacking so easy.
We had some big furniture items to move, even though only to another home, in the same building. The service lift was utilized, and shared hallways were protected. All furniture was moved to the right rooms. All furnishings were moved to the right rooms.
I had a cross-town move into a rental home with carpeted floors and used National Pro Moving. They were right away using protective runners and didn't drag anything. I didn't need to ask them, they know what they want. They washed off the furniture before they could come in under any circumstances, and they never left a mark on it, even in the rain. I applaud them!
I was impressed by how organized and hardworking the team was. They packed and moved my furniture quickly while making sure everything was protected. Highly recommended.

I had this move planned for weeks and was still unsure how it would turn out. When the crew arrived, they got started without making it feel like a big production. I didn’t have to keep explaining things or correcting anyone. Phillip and the team worked well together and handled the job in a way that made sense. I was able to step aside and let them do what they came to do. It was a good experience overall.
Three bedrooms. Two couches. One refrigerator. Fourteen boxes. That is what National Pro Moving moved for me last Tuesday. David walked through my house with a clipboard and wrote everything down before a single item left the building. The crew finished loading in two hours, and unloading took another hour and forty minutes. I was really impressed.
Several boxes were unloaded into the wrong rooms at the new house. I had to go through the boxes and move them myself afterward. This made unpacking take considerably longer than necessary. Clearer labeling and better unloading organization would have helped.

I liked that they confirmed the address and details again before starting. It sounds small, but it avoided any confusion during the move.
Overall, it was a good experience. I didn't have to repeat myself because everyone followed the fundamental directions I gave at the beginning.
