We wanted to move our whole family and had lots of boxes! The heavier boxes were at the bottom and movers dealt with the furniture separately. We didn't encounter any broken items and everything was in fairly good order.
My office moved to a new building last week, and we had a lot of computers and desks to relocate. The team from National Pro Moving showed up with labels and organized everything by department. They made a list of where each box should go in the new space. They worked around our employees who were still packing up their personal items. The whole process was smooth and professional. I would hire them again for sure.

I had a mix of packed and unpacked items. Instead of asking me to reorganize everything, they worked around it and packed the remaining items on site. The move stayed on schedule because of that.

They walked through every room, though and were not starting until we had discussed the things that needed to be taken care of. It took less than 4 hours to pack the kitchen, and they labeled everything by cabinet, making unpacking so easy.
The movers were friendly, hardworking, and easy to communicate with. They listened to my requests and placed all the boxes in the correct rooms. I really appreciated their attention to detail.
My wife laughed when I said I was writing a review for movers, but these guys deserve it. We had them pack our whole kitchen because we just ran out of time. When we unpacked at the new house, I found little notes on some boxes. One said plates this side up, and another said coffee stuff open first. Little things like that made unpacking so much easier over the next few days.
My old apartment had about 22 steps and no elevator, which was a huge problem for my heavy queen mattress and the solid oak dresser. Phillip didn't even complain about the heat and just kept moving until the entire bedroom was cleared out and loaded into the truck. I am so relieved that the hard part is over.
We had some big furniture items to move, even though only to another home, in the same building. The service lift was utilized, and shared hallways were protected. All furniture was moved to the right rooms. All furnishings were moved to the right rooms.
From the first inquiry all the way through the final box being set down, everyone I talked to was respectful and professional. Even when I called to ask a stupid question about whether they would move my potted plants, the person on the phone answered me like it was a completely normal thing to ask. That kind of patience among movers is hard to find anywhere these days.
