The movers organized it quickly and made space to work without throwing things around. A couple of my plastic bins were cracked from storage, and they re-wrapped those items to keep them safe. They placed things exactly where I asked, even when I changed my mind once or twice. It was a long day, but they handled it well.
Highly recommend. These guys are strong, and they definitely know the best way to stack a truck to keep everything stable while driving. Every piece of our furniture was wrapped with care.
I was not happy with how the movers handled some of my household items. A couple of boxes were placed roughly, and one piece of furniture was damaged during the move. The crew could have been more careful. I expected a more professional service.
They removed our curtain rods from our walls with the floor to ceiling curtain, wrapped them in clean linen bags and stored everything related to the curtain rods in Truck #310, so we could have our drapes hanging back up immediately at our new home!
The final estimate was a bit less than what it came out to be because I added a few extra pieces of furniture at the last minute. The company has been transparent and informative, and there were no surprises. I was pleased they were being honest with me.

They placed the fragile items in the back of the van and secured them with straps. The drive took forty minutes through heavy traffic. Each item arrived at the new house in the same condition as it left. I liked clear communication from start to finish.
