A smooth move into our new home. The crew treated our big appliances well, and ensured proper connection of all electrical equipment.
The move took place between two places that had very different layouts. I showed the crew around first, so they understood how the rooms were arranged. That short walkthrough made the next part easier because they already knew what to expect. They loaded all the things in the truck and then secure them using straps so they wont shift during the drive.
They removed our curtain rods from our walls with the floor to ceiling curtain, wrapped them in clean linen bags and stored everything related to the curtain rods in Truck #310, so we could have our drapes hanging back up immediately at our new home!
I was worried about my glass items because the previous company had broken most of them. But the team wrapped it separately and even pointed it out to me when they loaded it, so I knew they were being careful with it.
It was a smooth move for me. This team from National Pro Moving was calm and worked with focus. They took care of my belongings and made sure everything was placed where I wanted it at the new place.
My wife laughed when I said I was writing a review for movers, but these guys deserve it. We had them pack our whole kitchen because we just ran out of time. When we unpacked at the new house, I found little notes on some boxes. One said plates this side up, and another said coffee stuff open first. Little things like that made unpacking so much easier over the next few days.
I had a cross-town move into a rental home with carpeted floors and used National Pro Moving. They were right away using protective runners and didn't drag anything. I didn't need to ask them, they know what they want. They washed off the furniture before they could come in under any circumstances, and they never left a mark on it, even in the rain. I applaud them!
From the initial loading to the final box being brought inside, the team stayed organized. They paid attention to our instructions and handled the household items responsibly. Overall, the move was completed efficiently and with good care.

My old apartment had about 22 steps and no elevator, which was a huge problem for my heavy queen mattress and the solid oak dresser. Phillip didn't even complain about the heat and just kept moving until the entire bedroom was cleared out and loaded into the truck. I am so relieved that the hard part is over.
