These guys exceeded my expectations. They were professional and kept a positive vibe while moving my heavy outdoor statues and fountains. It was a relief to have such a hardworking team helping me.
The team made a busy moving day feel much more manageable. They worked efficiently while still being careful with our household belongings. Furniture was handled safely, and the boxes remained organized throughout the move. Everything was placed where it was needed after delivery. The crew maintained a professional attitude throughout.
I was not happy with how the movers handled some of my household items. A couple of boxes were placed roughly, and one piece of furniture was damaged during the move. The crew could have been more careful. I expected a more professional service.
My toddler was having a meltdown on moving day because his nap schedule got ruined. Peter saw me trying to calm a screaming child while also pointing at boxes, so he told me to just focus on my kid, and he would figure out the rest. When I came back outside two hours later, everything was already on the truck and labeled by room.
My heavy furniture was handled very well by the movers. I had a large sectional, king-size mattress, and a large dresser, but they were able to move all of this without damaging the walls. They also put my bed back together, which was very helpful since I didn't have to do it myself.
Not sure how to explain it exactly, but the move felt less stressful than I expected. There was no constant back and forth, and I did not feel like I had to keep checking what was happening. Things just kept moving along at a steady pace.
I highly recommend National Pro Moving for anyone moving a home office. I have three different monitors and a heavy glass desk that I was terrified would shatter on the bumpy roads. They wrapped the glass in about four layers of thick padding and used special straps to keep it from moving an inch. I was back online and working within two hours of them dropping everything off.
The crew made the entire home move feel much more manageable. They handled the furniture carefully and kept the boxes organized during loading. Everything was placed neatly after arriving at the new house.
Five stars for the service. They moved my office furniture on a Sunday when everyone else was closed. Andrew answered my call at 8 AM and had a truck at my door by 10 AM. My desks and chairs arrived in one piece, and I did not have to miss any work.
