From the first inquiry all the way through the final box being set down, everyone I talked to was respectful and professional. Even when I called to ask a stupid question about whether they would move my potted plants, the person on the phone answered me like it was a completely normal thing to ask. I didn't want to use standard boxes, so the movers helped me wrap each screen in thick foam and anti-static plastic. They were very careful with the cables and didn't lose a single screw from my desk. It was a very fast move.
