We had 2 children and lots of items to transport. The team was patient and very careful in handling it all. Everything arrived safely. We couldn’t be happier!
It was a hot day, and it could not have been easy to move, but the crew showed up early, kept hydrated and worked without complaint. They wrapped everything up so it wouldn't be damaged by the sun, even my electronics, since I brought them in the truck so they could be covered. It was quite an impressive attention to detail!
Solid 5 stars from my side. I had a time limit of 6 hours, and the work was completed within that without rushing the process. Totally worth it!
They were able to wrap all the couch cushions, tape down the drawers so they don't move, and easily disassemble the dining table. Assemble my bicycle at the new location without losing any bolts. They helped us do our move quickly.
I highly recommend National Pro Moving for anyone moving a home office. I have three different monitors and a heavy glass desk that I was terrified would shatter on the bumpy roads. They wrapped the glass in about four layers of thick padding and used special straps to keep it from moving an inch. I was back online and working within two hours of them dropping everything off.
Most movers I have used in the past just throw things around, but this crew was very respectful of the fact that I was moving into a brand new house. They made sure to keep the heavy dollies off the carpet and were very careful when setting down the heavy washing machine in the laundry room. I was very happy that my new home stayed clean
My office moved to a new building last week, and we had a lot of computers and desks to relocate. The team from National Pro Moving showed up with labels and organized everything by department. They made a list of where each box should go in the new space. They worked around our employees who were still packing up their personal items. The whole process was smooth and professional. I would hire them again for sure.
Highly recommend to anyone who has been putting off a move because they are dreading the process. I was in that exact position for almost four months before I finally booked National Pro Moving, and I genuinely wish I had done it sooner. The team was easy to communicate with from the first call all the way through to the last box being placed in the new house.

The professionalism of the National Pro Moving crew was very nice. They were courteous, on time and made reasonable security efforts with our property. The team also cleared away the moving supplies they used, instead of leaving everything strewn throughout the house.
