Overall, it was a good experience. I didn't have to repeat myself because everyone followed the fundamental directions I gave at the beginning.
I had to move a piano, and I was so afraid it would break. Unlike the movers from National Pro Moving, however, they really knew how to do it. They packed it well, and mover on time without any hassle. When it came to my house it was perfectly in order, with no keys out of place. I'm so grateful to them!
It was a hot day, and it could not have been easy to move, but the crew showed up early, kept hydrated and worked without complaint. They wrapped everything up so it wouldn't be damaged by the sun, even my electronics, since I brought them in the truck so they could be covered. It was quite an impressive attention to detail!
James showed up on time and was very polite the whole time. He made sure everything was loaded carefully and even helped us arrange a few things in the new place. Really happy with the service.
I was nervous because I had never hired movers before, and I did not know what to expect. Harry walked me through each step from the moment he arrived until the last box came off the truck. He told me when they were loading and when they were ten minutes away from my new place. That made me feel so much safe during the move.
We booked packing services for the day before moving, knowing it would be a busy day. They walked through every room, though and were not starting until we had discussed the things that needed to be taken care of. It took less than 4 hours to pack the kitchen, and they labeled everything by cabinet, making unpacking so easy.
This company was my saving grace! I was having some issues with the end of my lease and their movers were very understanding, flexible, and patient. They even gave me temporary lodging until I returned with the keys. I don't know how I ever would have gotten it done without them!
The move took most of my Saturday, and I was expecting it to drag, but it really didn't. The crew kept things moving without me having to step in or explain things twice.
Moving my home office was a huge task because I have 5 large monitors and a lot of delicate camera equipment for my work. I didn't want to use standard boxes, so the movers helped me wrap each screen in thick foam and anti-static plastic. They were very careful with the cables and didn't lose a single screw from my desk. It was a very fast move.
I really enjoyed my experience! I didn't have a job for a few weeks, so I had to store everything temporarily with my family. I was afraid my stuff wouldn't be handled well, especially the breakable items. But the movers recorded all the boxes, labeled everything and organized the unit so you could easily remove items when you were ready. Thank you sincerely!
