William and other movers wrapped loose items, secured the whole load before heading out, and kept things flowing. When I checked in later, unloading was already underway and moving smoothly. After they left, I walked through the place and didn't see anything out of order.
It was an absolute hassle-free deal when we were booking our apartment move in the area, as our customer service team was able to resolve all our logistical questions without putting us through any hassles.
I really enjoyed my experience! I didn't have a job for a few weeks, so I had to store everything temporarily with my family. I was afraid my stuff wouldn't be handled well, especially the breakable items. But the movers recorded all the boxes, labeled everything and organized the unit so you could easily remove items when you were ready. Thank you sincerely!

The rainy day moving day is the toughest of all tests for any moving company, and these guys aced it. It rained buckets all morning while we were loading the truck. The team carefully laid down heavy-duty rubber runners on our carpet and covered the floors with plastic sheeting so no drop of mud could spread. They shrink-wrapped all mattresses and fabric sofas tightly and kept them dry during the trip. Astounding perseverance in the middle of bad weather.
