The worst business I have ever worked with. Don't trust them; they can take your money and fail to come back to assist you in moving.
We wanted to move our whole family and had lots of boxes! The heavier boxes were at the bottom and movers dealt with the furniture separately. We didn't encounter any broken items and everything was in fairly good order.
Moving a darkroom for photography was a delicate process. The crew from National Pro Moving handled chemical trays and enlargers with focus. Each piece of equipment was packed in its own box. The safelight was detached and wrapped separately. The truck was loaded to prevent any jarring. In the new space, they set up the enlarger table first. They followed our layout diagram exactly.
The team did a great job dealing with some tight spaces and heavier furniture. They worked together well and took the necessary precautions to avoid damage.
I had a cross-town move into a rental home with carpeted floors and used National Pro Moving. They were right away using protective runners and didn't drag anything. I didn't need to ask them, they know what they want. They washed off the furniture before they could come in under any circumstances, and they never left a mark on it, even in the rain. I applaud them!
The moving process was handled professionally and efficiently from beginning to end. The crew arrived on time, treated my belongings with care, and kept everything well organized. I was very satisfied with the service and would gladly recommend them to others.
I needed to move for work, and it wasn't a short-distance move from home. Thankfully, the team they had in place was brilliant, ensuring they knew what to transport, where to take it and that all the fragile items were properly packed and transported. I had an easy move!
Several boxes were unloaded into the wrong rooms at the new house. I had to go through the boxes and move them myself afterward. This made unpacking take considerably longer than necessary. Clearer labeling and better unloading organization would have helped.
This was one of the easiest moves I've ever had. The movers stayed organized, communicated clearly, and treated my belongings with respect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
My move last Friday went well from the moment the team showed up. They listened to my instructions about where to put the boxes in the new garage and stayed on task for the whole duration. It was nice to see people who were so focused on getting the job done without any distractions. You should consider hiring them.
