The crew have gone above and beyond with the care they took of our belongings. They wrapped up sofa, chairs, tables, and bedroom furniture, and locked them up for the move. They also read the smaller boxes which had fragile labels. No items were damaged, lost or broken and the house was clean when it was unloaded.
The whole moving process was smooth. Crew was on board and ready to go at the appointed time with moving blankets, dollies, straps and tape. They stored my furniture and boxes safely.
My toddler was having a meltdown on moving day because his nap schedule got ruined. Peter saw me trying to calm a screaming child while also pointing at boxes, so he told me to just focus on my kid, and he would figure out the rest. When I came back outside two hours later, everything was already on the truck and labeled by room.
From the first inquiry all the way through the final box being set down, everyone I talked to was respectful and professional. Even when I called to ask a stupid question about whether they would move my potted plants, the person on the phone answered me like it was a completely normal thing to ask. That kind of patience among movers is hard to find anywhere these days.
The team did a great job dealing with some tight spaces and heavier furniture. They worked together well and took the necessary precautions to avoid damage.
We had some big furniture items to move, even though only to another home, in the same building. The service lift was utilized, and shared hallways were protected. All furniture was moved to the right rooms. All furnishings were moved to the right rooms.
The dispatcher contacted me on the previous day to verify information, and the crew leader contacted me regularly during the move. No hidden charges and no surprises. Just solid work.
The worst business I have ever worked with. Don't trust them; they can take your money and fail to come back to assist you in moving.
If you want a stress-free moving day, call them. I had family visiting the same week as my move, so my house was already chaotic. William kept everything organized and made sure boxes were placed in the correct rooms so I could unpack quickly. They finished earlier than I expected, which gave me extra time to settle in. I truly appreciated that efficiency.
I was a little nervous about moving, but the team made everything so much easier. They arrived on time, handled every item with care, and worked efficiently throughout the day. Everything arrived safely, and I was very happy with the overall experience.
