Several years have passed since I first worked with this moving company, but I still remembered how smoothly my previous move went. For my recent relocation, I decided to hire them once more, and they did not disappoint. The movers were courteous, well-prepared, and handled every item carefully. From loading to delivery, everything was managed professionally. It’s rare to find a company that maintains such consistent service over the years.
Stay away! They broker out your move to the lowest bidder and as soon as you get passed off they do not handle the move in anyway, you are on your own. They got me by quoting me very low. I had them double check my items. I provided up to date pictures and listed virtually everything that had to be moved. I got a quote for $4,200. When the movers actually showed up my actual move cost was $10,040! I could not get an itemized explanation of where the gap was and was totally screwed. The moving company was Platinum Moving Services and they were even worse than Top Moving Solutions. Terrible communication, unclear payment terms. The whole operation felt incredibly shady. I've moved 6 times including an international move. This was hands down the most frustrating experience. I legitimately thought I was getting scammed because there is no way a legit business could operate this way and stay in business!
I must suggest all of you go with Top Moving Solutions. I have had items damaged in moving with other companies, but this one was fantastic and took great care of everything, and I had no damages with them. I would highly recommend the movers to all.
Moving Solutions was very professional and delivered great service! They arrived on time, moved everything efficiently, both out of my old apartment and into my new one, and they took great care of my things. I am so happy with my move and will hire them again and again in the future.
We spoke to them and told them exactly what we want. It moved in the email this estimate with their contract detailing the price as well as the procedure. The move is well within our budget, and each department within the company played a big role in this move going so well. If we had to do it again, we wouldn't even go online and ask for companies to call us. We would call them direct that's how good their work was.
