I must suggest all of you go with Top Moving Solutions. I have had items damaged in moving with other companies, but this one was fantastic and took great care of everything, and I had no damages with them. I would highly recommend the movers to all.
This company made my move so much easier. The movers were professional, courteous, and very organized from start to finish. They packed my belongings securely and loaded everything with care. Even large items were moved without a problem, and nothing was damaged. The team worked quickly, yet they paid attention to detail. Pricing was fair, and the service was reliable. I had to move to a studio apartment on very short notice, and they made an excellent move in less than 2.5 hours. The guys were also prepared with tape and wrapping materials. Great job.
I was in an emotional daze, but the professionalism of the moving crew saved the day. My furniture and belongings were handled with care on both ends of the move. When they arrived at my new home, they laid down cardboard to protect my new hardwood floor. My furniture was put together meticulously, and I was able to find any box I looked for. The team put them in each room as the boxes were labeled. They even put my mattress in the specific position I requested. I was grateful for their kindness and efficiency. Of course, the cost was very reasonable. I would hire them again and recommend Moving Solutions to anyone.
Stay away! They broker out your move to the lowest bidder and as soon as you get passed off they do not handle the move in anyway, you are on your own. They got me by quoting me very low. I had them double check my items. I provided up to date pictures and listed virtually everything that had to be moved. I got a quote for $4,200. When the movers actually showed up my actual move cost was $10,040! I could not get an itemized explanation of where the gap was and was totally screwed. The moving company was Platinum Moving Services and they were even worse than Top Moving Solutions. Terrible communication, unclear payment terms. The whole operation felt incredibly shady. I've moved 6 times including an international move. This was hands down the most frustrating experience. I legitimately thought I was getting scammed because there is no way a legit business could operate this way and stay in business!
