ZERO STARS!!!Do not use this company! This is a form of bait & switch where the quoted price is so inflated and if you don't pay, they hold your items "hostage" in the truck. Move quoted 7/28/25 for $2,993.00 and ended up paying $7,018.64. Truck was loaded late Sat. 9/13/25 and informed that $4475.64 due when delivered. Cash or money order. Banks & post offices closed so 3 trips to Walmart for Western Union money orders (same as what post office uses). Sun. 9/13/25 delivery made and truck being unloaded, the movers refused the money orders. Spent 1-1/2 hours trying to get cash so they would finish moving items. They destroyed a 6-month old 85" tv, broke drawers in two pieces of bedroom suite, rolled dryer across the yard and banged it up, pulled the top off of entertainment center and damaged coffee table. Movers left with our copy of receipt. Immediately called company regarding tv and receipt. No answer from movers, company, sales person or moving rep. Tried over 4 weeks with calls, texts and emails. Finally received call back, got an email copy of receipt and they told us to file a claim with their "insurance" which is not insurance, it is a settlement company. After 3 hours of providing photos and descriptions claim submitted. 4 weeks later, notified that we would receive $131. as we did not purchase add'l insurance. Payment was to have been made with one month. This was Nov. 12, 2025 and it is now Feb. 26, 2026 and no payment. We've made several calls and they are never available or returned. DO NOT USE AND WHOEVER ELSE YOU USE, MAKE SURE YOU BUY FULL INSURANCE!

A Moving Nightmare
My inital quote was $2625.54. Then before a week before pickup I got charged $3,625.74. Movers shows up for pickup and the cost of move now was $6,598.26. Was told that I had to pay $450 for 3 tvs to be packaged and boxed. which I was never told before then..They had a uhaul truck not company truck and no dolly and no packaging items. They said my items would package and transport to company truck. When they arrived to deliver there was one mover specialst and his wife. I asked where the other guys were. He stated he didnt want to pay them so his wife was gonna help him. I have MANY items damaged. My dresser is scratched on top in two places and a gouged on the side and bottom. The entertainment center also center 3rd leg stable block is completely gone just bolts left. The inside where shelves are suppose to be. Is all loose bolts and pegs. The front of tv stand is shifted and door doesnt line up or shut properly. The table top lamp is bent where you attach shade.The file cabinets handle is broke, The whiteboard corner is missing. my tripod leg wont extend back out and is bent. The mover banged my end table into the door frame and knocked a chunk out of corner bottom. My deer on table has been scraped. My handcrafted table clock has a chunk missing out of corner. The 3 TV I have. I was told would be charged $450 ($150 per TV) for packaging and boxing.. He did not do that. he just taped a piece of cardboard to them. I paid $450 for a piece of carboard and tape. When I mentioned any defects to mover said yes I noticed that and the guys must of did it at pickup and walked out of house. When the mover arrived he made me sign the paperwork before he would start. But on that form was a spot to put damages. But I didnt know because he would not open truck until I signed.

We used Moving Solutions for a recent local move. Frank came out to our house to provide an estimate and additional information to help us prepare for the move. On the day of the pickup, the truck was on time. The movers were very thorough and courteous. They walked through the house to make sure they understood what to move. They covered the floors and were needed to make sure to keep things as clean as possible. They were very efficient in getting the house packed up. On the day of the delivery, the truck was on time again. They did a walk-through of the house to make sure they understood where everything went. They asked questions during the delivery when they weren't sure where something should go. We were very happy with the service received and highly recommended them.

Kept in touch before arrival, friendly, obliging, and careful with our furniture as it was removed and at the destination. Great service. I would use them again happily for my future moves, and I will recommend them to my colleagues too.

They were on time for the move, careful and efficient. They beat the projected time and helped with more than we expected. Not a scratch on anything! I highly recommend using Top Moving Solutions and will use them again without a doubt!

Everything Moved Carefully!!
They were quick and efficient while still being very attentive and careful. If you're worried about it being over-priced or that they are going to count up every box or piece of tape they used, don't worry.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY — Predatory, Dishonest, and Borderline Criminal
It's baffling how this company has any five-star reviews. Most likely, they’re planted by the management themselves. Let this serve as a serious warning — avoid Top Moving Solutions at all costs. I deeply regret not checking their BBB rating beforehand. My move from Georgia to Texas turned into a financial and emotional nightmare. Here’s what happened: - Bait and switch pricing: They quoted $2,400 for the entire move. We paid $1,150 upfront. But before loading, they demanded an additional $931.26. Once half my items were already on the truck, the deception began — they claimed the truck was already full and demanded even more money, refusing to unload unless I paid. This was blatant extortion. - Held my belongings hostage: With no response from the so-called “manager,” I was cornered into paying a final total of $3,846 just to get my belongings moved. - Storage scam: Although our contract stated delivery by May 31st, they abruptly called on May 28th claiming they’d deliver on May 29th instead — unless I paid an extra $700 for “storage.” They eventually “discounted” this to $450. My total ballooned to $4,295.43. - Vanished with no communication: After pickup, they disappeared. No calls, no replies to emails — I feared they had absconded with my possessions until they resurfaced on June 3rd, nearly a week late. - Damaged and broken items: My 65" Samsung TV ($800) arrived shattered, and my $2,000 sofa had broken legs. I’d requested insurance coverage prior to the move, which they falsely claimed was included. - Fraudulent insurance claim process: Upon reaching out to “customer service,” I was directed to [email protected] — only to find that the company isn't even registered with them. So there’s no real way to file a claim. Insurance was just another lie. - Ballooning costs and threats: My original $2,400 move ultimately cost me $7,095.43. I could’ve bought brand new furniture instead. When I tried disputing the payment with my bank, I received a threatening message demanding I “immediately withdraw fraudulent charges.” Now I’m being hounded by DCI (Debt Collectors International) for another $1,800, despite providing full payment proof. Final Thoughts: This company operates through deception, coercion, and threats. Their practices are unethical, possibly illegal, and emotionally draining. I am actively pursuing legal action and urge others to document everything and stay far away. Don’t make the same mistake I did — STAY AWAY FROM TOP MOVING SOLUTIONS.
