These guys were extremely professional and came right on time. Affordable price and very efficient and fast customer service. This is my fourth time using their services, and I will use their services again.
Loading and unloading were done carefully, and everything arrived in excellent condition. The move stayed on schedule, and the overall experience was smooth and reliable.
Stay away! They broker out your move to the lowest bidder and as soon as you get passed off they do not handle the move in anyway, you are on your own. They got me by quoting me very low. I had them double check my items. I provided up to date pictures and listed virtually everything that had to be moved. I got a quote for $4,200. When the movers actually showed up my actual move cost was $10,040! I could not get an itemized explanation of where the gap was and was totally screwed. The moving company was Platinum Moving Services and they were even worse than Top Moving Solutions. Terrible communication, unclear payment terms. The whole operation felt incredibly shady. I've moved 6 times including an international move. This was hands down the most frustrating experience. I legitimately thought I was getting scammed because there is no way a legit business could operate this way and stay in business!
This company provided excellent moving services from start to finish. The crew worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and handled furniture responsibly. Moving is always a stressful adventure, but the entire staff, from quoting to moving day, was pleasant, proficient, and ultimately gave us a stress-free move. We would hire N companies again and again and would recommend them to friends and family.
They are professional and skilled people. They smiled and accommodated all our requests. Even though I packed prior, it took longer because of the path to the truck. Super polite, and their pricing is the best. Recommended to all.
My inital quote was $2625.54. Then before a week before pickup I got charged $3,625.74. Movers shows up for pickup and the cost of move now was $6,598.26. Was told that I had to pay $450 for 3 tvs to be packaged and boxed. which I was never told before then..They had a uhaul truck not company truck and no dolly and no packaging items. They said my items would package and transport to company truck. When they arrived to deliver there was one mover specialst and his wife. I asked where the other guys were. He stated he didnt want to pay them so his wife was gonna help him. I have MANY items damaged. My dresser is scratched on top in two places and a gouged on the side and bottom. The entertainment center also center 3rd leg stable block is completely gone just bolts left. The inside where shelves are suppose to be. Is all loose bolts and pegs. The front of tv stand is shifted and door doesnt line up or shut properly. The table top lamp is bent where you attach shade.The file cabinets handle is broke, The whiteboard corner is missing. my tripod leg wont extend back out and is bent. The mover banged my end table into the door frame and knocked a chunk out of corner bottom. My deer on table has been scraped. My handcrafted table clock has a chunk missing out of corner. The 3 TV I have. I was told would be charged $450 ($150 per TV) for packaging and boxing.. He did not do that. he just taped a piece of cardboard to them. I paid $450 for a piece of carboard and tape. When I mentioned any defects to mover said yes I noticed that and the guys must of did it at pickup and walked out of house. When the mover arrived he made me sign the paperwork before he would start. But on that form was a spot to put damages. But I didnt know because he would not open truck until I signed.

For my recent relocation, I decided to hire them once more, and they did not disappoint. The movers were courteous, well-prepared, and handled every item carefully. From loading to delivery, everything was managed professionally. It’s rare to find a company that maintains such consistent service over the years.
Always responded swiftly to my emails and kept me in the loop throughout the process. What could have been a stressful move was made a real pleasure with Moving Solutions. It was a real pleasure while working with these guys. Would certainly recommend their services to anyone.
