Several years have passed since I first worked with this moving company, but I still remembered how smoothly my previous move went. For my recent relocation, I decided to hire them once more, and they did not disappoint. The movers were courteous, well-prepared, and handled every item carefully. From loading to delivery, everything was managed professionally. It’s rare to find a company that maintains such consistent service over the years.
I was being kind of cheap and was very hesitant to hire movers. I am so glad I did. Absolutely worth every penny, and they worked as quickly as they could. Thanks so much for your help, guys! Highly recommended!
I had a very smooth experience with this moving company. The crew arrived on time, came fully prepared, and worked efficiently throughout the move. They packed my belongings carefully, wrapped furniture securely, and handled fragile items with extra care. The team stayed professional, polite, and well organized from start to finish. Communication was clear, and everything stayed on schedule. All my items arrived safely, making the entire moving process stress-free and reliable.
Stay away! They broker out your move to the lowest bidder and as soon as you get passed off they do not handle the move in anyway, you are on your own. They got me by quoting me very low. I had them double check my items. I provided up to date pictures and listed virtually everything that had to be moved. I got a quote for $4,200. When the movers actually showed up my actual move cost was $10,040! I could not get an itemized explanation of where the gap was and was totally screwed. The moving company was Platinum Moving Services and they were even worse than Top Moving Solutions. Terrible communication, unclear payment terms. The whole operation felt incredibly shady. I've moved 6 times including an international move. This was hands down the most frustrating experience. I legitimately thought I was getting scammed because there is no way a legit business could operate this way and stay in business!
These guys helped us move about three years ago, and we are going to be moving again soon. We will have zero hesitation in calling Moving Solutions again. These guys were completely professional, courteous, and quick. They were in and out very quickly, and there was no damage to anything. Great Job!!
