ZERO STARS!!!Do not use this company! This is a form of bait & switch where the quoted price is so inflated and if you don't pay, they hold your items "hostage" in the truck. Move quoted 7/28/25 for $2,993.00 and ended up paying $7,018.64. Truck was loaded late Sat. 9/13/25 and informed that $4475.64 due when delivered. Cash or money order. Banks & post offices closed so 3 trips to Walmart for Western Union money orders (same as what post office uses). Sun. 9/13/25 delivery made and truck being unloaded, the movers refused the money orders. Spent 1-1/2 hours trying to get cash so they would finish moving items. They destroyed a 6-month old 85" tv, broke drawers in two pieces of bedroom suite, rolled dryer across the yard and banged it up, pulled the top off of entertainment center and damaged coffee table. Movers left with our copy of receipt. Immediately called company regarding tv and receipt. No answer from movers, company, sales person or moving rep. Tried over 4 weeks with calls, texts and emails. Finally received call back, got an email copy of receipt and they told us to file a claim with their "insurance" which is not insurance, it is a settlement company. After 3 hours of providing photos and descriptions claim submitted. 4 weeks later, notified that we would receive $131. as we did not purchase add'l insurance. Payment was to have been made with one month. This was Nov. 12, 2025 and it is now Feb. 26, 2026 and no payment. We've made several calls and they are never available or returned. DO NOT USE AND WHOEVER ELSE YOU USE, MAKE SURE YOU BUY FULL INSURANCE!

Broken agreements
Stay away! They broker out your move to the lowest bidder and as soon as you get passed off they do not handle the move in anyway, you are on your own. They got me by quoting me very low. I had them double check my items. I provided up to date pictures and listed virtually everything that had to be moved. I got a quote for $4,200. When the movers actually showed up my actual move cost was $10,040! I could not get an itemized explanation of where the gap was and was totally screwed. The moving company was Platinum Moving Services and they were even worse than Top Moving Solutions. Terrible communication, unclear payment terms. The whole operation felt incredibly shady. I've moved 6 times including an international move. This was hands down the most frustrating experience. I legitimately thought I was getting scammed because there is no way a legit business could operate this way and stay in business!

They will steal your money
I am filing a complaint based on misrepresentation, theft and deceptive representation. On Sunday April 12, 2026 I was talking to John Henry who is a customer representative for Moving Solutions US DOT: 3213737. I was discussing terms of of the moving company and asking very specific questions. I asked him what the refund policy was for if I needed to cancel the entire move. Mr. Henry informed me that the moving company "understands things happen and I can move the dates around as much as I need to". I told him that was great, but I still wanted to know the refund policy. Mr. Henry, a representative of the company, informed me that I can get a full refund as long as I am about 2 weeks from the date of the move. I also asked Mr. Henry on the phone and in text message confirming that Moving Solutions was a broker. Mr. Henry responded in text message by saying "we are the carrier". I followed up with the message "So there isn't any 3rd party or anything like that. It's just you guys." Mr. Henry responded with "correct". The paperwork Mr. Henry sent me gives the US DOT #3213737, which is listed as a broker, not a carrier. The original paperwork I have states "Moving Solutions is registered with the state of Florida as a Moving Broker, Moving Solutions places the shipment with an authorized, licensed, and insured FMCSA household goods motor carrier. However, you understand and agree that Moving Solutions makes no guarantees and/or warranties concerning pick up or delivery time and dates, or the assigning of a carrier to provide the transportation services requested." This is blatant misrepresentation by the company and their representative. After I started feeling uneasy about the situation I contacted the agent on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 4:23pm and stated "there is apparently issues with my paperwork and our move is being put on hold. How do we go about getting a refund?" Mr. Henry responded at 4:29pm and said "if your move needs to be placed on hold you will need to call and speak with customer service when the office is open tomorrow at 10am EST. That number is 888-336-0797 and follow the prompts." I responded at 4:29 and said "we are going to just do a refund because we know how the government works. It could be a quick fix or MONTHS. We rather the refund." Mr. Henry responded again at 4:31pm and said "I'm not in the office. The office and department you need to speak with will be open and available in the morning." That right there was misrepresentation. Mr. Henry knows the clause of 3 days to cancel for a full refund. By having me contact the company the next day I was out of my window. He could have even directed me to look at my Moving Estimate for information on how to cancel, and he did not do this. He knowingly and willingly misled me so I would be out of the window and lose over $3,000. I contacted the email that the prompts told me to which was [email protected]. I did not hear a response. I then called while at work, I could not get anyone to answer a phone at the company. I emailed again, with no response. Was able to leave a voicemail for someone to call me back and never heard anything. I finally saw that I was supposed to email [email protected] (with no help from my agent who stopped answering me). Once when I emailed them with all of my complaints they told I was out of the window and will forfeit my deposit. They said there was no misleading that the company "hold both broker and carrier authority. DOT 3489195 is our carrier authority, and we are the party performing the pickup. There is no misrepresentation." That is not the DOT number I was given. I showed them all of the evidence that they are a broker, not a carrier and they are still now claiming they hold another DOT #, but that is not listed anywhere else. I also have been contacting the company since Tuesday (April 21st) asking for a copy of my bill of lading with my signature and the updated estimate that was provided to me Sunday night (I never received a copy of the bill of lading). The company did not respond on Tuesday. I sent another message on Wednesday and was informed by the client information email that "it was sent in a previous email". I responded again stating that I never received it and to please send it again. Their response was "will have the girl in charge of that send tomorrow again." TodayThere was no response to this. I emailed the company AGAIN since no one reached out to me today (Thursday, April 23) that I was still waiting on the documentation I requested. The Client Information informed me "the lady was out sick, the document is in this thread though". I had my husband look at the thread, and all threads with this company and there is no bill of lading. I informed them of this and did not get a response. I'm on 3 days of trying to get a copy of this documentation and they cannot provide it to me. It has never been provided to me.

I had a reliable experience with this moving company. The movers were polite, experienced, and focused on safety. They packed items securely and delivered everything on schedule. No damage occurred. Their structured approach and clear communication were greatly appreciated during the move.

Very Good
Once we got to my home, it was easier for Top Moving Solutions to unload and get me settled. Even in the end, they still gave me the most accommodating customer service. I would love to recommend this moving company to anyone who wants a dream team of movers!

Very positive experience
Very positive experience from beginning to end with this moving team. They arrived prepared, communicated clearly, and handled all furniture responsibly throughout the relocation. The crew worked quickly without sacrificing quality, and all belongings reached the new place in perfect condition. I’m happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to others.

Great Job!!
These guys helped us move about three years ago, and we are going to be moving again soon. We will have zero hesitation in calling Moving Solutions again. These guys were completely professional, courteous, and quick. They were in and out very quickly, and there was no damage to anything. Great Job!!
