Moving company in Lake Worth Beach, FL
Ridiculous service! They kept dropping things and laughing it off like it was a joke. My dresser is chipped and scratched, and their customer service won’t even return my calls. They were completely awful!
This company gave us a quote of one amount and came back at the time of moving to charge an additional $2000.00. When I made the contract I told them how many bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room that I had. I was told that they would give me a special price for booking early and if I would box everything up to be moved so I agreed. When it came time for the move they said oh you added all these boxes so it will cost you $2000.00 more. Now this is a moving company they should have known about how many boxes it would require. They are A BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY.
Our move with MoveSafe Relocation was outstanding. The team displayed exceptional professionalism, punctuality, and care with our belongings. Clear communication and a seamless process made our relocation stress-free. Their dedication to excellence surpassed our expectations. Highly recommend MoveSafe Relocation for a reliable and top-notch moving experience.
MoveSafe Relocation was inconceivably expert and quick. They came in at much preferable rates over other moving companies - - even with the additional charge for driving further to get to us. Indeed, even at the better price tag, they were exceptionally proficient and proficient. They had boxes and every one of the materials required for large furniture to secure and move everything well. Will enlist again for our best course of action!
Total disappointment! My mattress is ruined because they dragged it across the dirty truck floor. When I confronted them, they said, “It’s just a mattress.” Never hire them!
MOVE SAFE RELOCATION IS THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER WORKED WITH. LYING, CHEATING, UNRELIABLE. I WON'T BE TALKING TO THEM EVER AGAIN. I hired them to pick up my stuff on Aug. 19, they made excuses & I had to convince them to come on the 20th. They came late & with plenty of excuses. We made an agreement before giving them the money, that I can call the company to track the truck until they drop the boxes, they gave more excuses how they can't track the truck. I convinced them "You have my truck, I have a Right to know where my stuff is." After a 20 minute wait on the ohone, they finally gave in & told me. My stuff was supposed to be delivered on Aug. 24, they dropped my stuff on Sept. 7th. After a torturous TWELVE DAYS of lack of sleep, wanting to throw up, being depressed about where my stuff was, they dropped my stuff & told me, "Pay us first or we won't deliver it." Having worked & cooperatied with many companies & organizations in my life, this was the worst company ever. DO NOT HIRE THESE CLOWNS AT ALL! Pictures are of the dirty moving company they use.
They functioned ADMIRABLY and took great consideration of our things. Incredible movers. They were unbelievably quick and responsive, and addressed my inquiries in general. The movers arrived at on time, with their own named truck, and the suitable materials in general. They put down cushions to forestall scratching the floor, and put everything where it expected to go at the objective. Generally speaking, it was SIMPLE MOVE. Strongly suggested.
Everyone on the moving crew, from my representative Alford to Max and the rest, was efficient, kind, and swift. I requested some extra service, but my quotation was still reasonable. I was quite pleased with the service I received. Everything went smoothly, and I received all of my items safely.
They never disclosed that they are a broker. I do see that it does say that on the website, but it's never disclosed In any conversation with them. They gave us a quote for $$3369.25. Went up to 4991. The movers came and they wanted over $4900. So the over 2400 we paid went to the broker. The movers wanted 4900 when they show up.
The sales rep who helped me, Leroy deserves a raise. He was honest, thorough, funny and extremely communicative from start to finish. Moving is a pain and it’s not easy trusting someone with all of your worldly possessions but thankfully I found Leroy and the Move Safe team and now I’m loving my new life Florida.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. MoveSafe Relocation holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
