Moving company in Birmingham, AL
Absolutely terrible. Read all the negative reviews. They are all the same. Horrible company. Bought a safe from Marks Outdoors. They will try to change the price at the last minute on you and act like they never quoted you a price. Rude customer service. Very unprofessional. You’d be better off getting another company.
I had the fortune of contacting this business to move a gun safe for me. Their work I considered was not good, but superb, extremely professional, prompt and going out of their way to making it very satisfactory. I commend their director/owner, Kim, who provided me with prompt service and to making the move run smoothly. Sorry, couldn’t find a single fault to report. Would recommend them highly for your move at a very reasonable price.
Three very nice young men delivered a gun safe I purchased from Mark’s Outdoors. The delivery was top notch and I could not have been more pleased. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a large item delivered.
Excellent service and communication. Holly Langfeld took great care of us! Thank you for your organized approach! would suggest them without any hesitation
I recently used Move Masters for a local move. I cannot say enough good things about the company. The whole experience from the onsite quote to the move itself was great. On moving day, it rained off and on and not one worker complained. Mitch and his crew were professional, hard working, and very courteous. I would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.
We are return customers and were totally impressed both moves. They make the best use of their time and they treat our home and furniture with excellent quality of service.
They delivered a gun safe for us. Very professional, prompt and great communications. They gave me good advise! Thank you!
We used Move Masters this past week and had an excellent experience with this company. One of the things that we loved was that the clock didn’t start until they arrived at our home. From there they went to work. Akeem, Mitch, and John were careful, fast, and efficient. They didn’t linger around and “milk” the clock. They were kind, courteous, and respectful. Very pleased with our move and would use them again.
Polite, to each other also more importantly; efficient; moving an antique Steinway baby grand and still inspiring my confidence. If I ever have to do something like this again, I will definitely call them. You should too
Had a large gun safe delivered by Move Masters. They were very professional and on time. I would recommend them. I really couldnt say enough positive things about the amazing experience
