Poor communication. Did not say anything about you have more than we anticipated and then said they were only taking what was on a list they solely came up with without any input from us or the person moving. Very sad for the moving party.
We’re missing a headboard mirror which was brand new. This company moved our furniture into storage a year ago and moved us back into the same unit a year later. We have pictures of the original move. Someone was supposed to send a claim form, but none to date.
It was very piss poor I broke down everything and these guys just took extra time trying to kill time so I wouldn't get anything back they took 20 minutes on a smoke break I'm very disappointed and and you can beat I will never recommend move for less if all the movers are like these two I will be calling a supervisor

They frequently took breaks and spent a significant amount of time talking on the phone, which prolonged the process unnecessarily. 2. **Lack of Expertise**: The movers struggled to maneuver my couch, which was a standard piece of furniture. Their lack of skill and experience was evident, leading to additional delays and frustration. 3. **Carelessness**: One of the movers stepped on my couch with dirty shoes. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, showing a lack of care for my belongings. Overall, my experience with your company was very disappointing. I expected a professional and efficient service, but instead, I was met with a lack of professionalism and care. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve the quality of your services to prevent other customers from facing similar issues.
Local guy was wonderful. Helper was a hard worker. We tipped them both well. The driver didn't call in advance and came unprepared. He was rude, tried to block our street for the move and also had to be watched to make sure he packed correctly. He also got a tip, but it was much smaller. In the end, however, due to the prodding on the local guy, everything was packed and on the truck. With more extensive training, the driver could become a good helper, as long as there is someone else to supervise him closely.
Miguel & three others were prompt, friendly, professional, detailed and hard workers. This is the 3rd time we have used Move4Less; all without a problem. Also, the girls answering the phone were great, as we needed to reschedule twice.
The move was ok the guys that moved us were vary rude and would not let my sons help ,they just put stuff storage anyway didn't care at all how it was put in the storage space when I called customer service they said my kids could help with the move so it would faster, but that was not the case . What I was posed about was the rudeness there tip went from $100 each to $ 40 each by the end of the move don't think I will use them again
The move itself was fine, pretty average, about 3-4 stars, but the reason I am leaving a 2 star review is that they left long, deep gouges in my flooring while moving my dressers. This is brand new flooring in a brand new rental, I will be held responsible for this
Very carefully and friendly staff a lot work in a fast time highly recommend. Exceptional teamwork, and genuine care for their clients.
