One of their movers was rude, thought I worked for him. Instead of other way around. Damaged furniture. Not professional.

Our move went off without a hitch thanks to them. They were prompt, thorough, and flexible throughout the process. We're currently using two storage facilities.
I moved once within Nevada with move 4 less and had an overall good experience. However, I paid them 150$ an hour to load a truck for me to drive to Denver with only the pre packed boxes and large furniture I could not move myself. The movers on the second go round were as careless as could be with how they packed my truck. I was busy working on other packing and did not notice how badly they placed all my furniture. My chairs were left up against the side of the truck to become badly scratched on the wood surfaces, my leather couch was used as a base to stack heavy boxes permanently deforming parts of the couch and leather, my favorite leather arm chair had its cushion removed and used to support the feet of an office chair that were covered in grease covering the cushion in grease I cannot remove. When I sent in my insurance claim they and anthem insurance denied every item but the 2 cheapest items offering me 100 dollars for all the damage. Be careful if you use this company because if they send the wrong movers they will destroy your furniture and offer no compensation.

Hugo and Sergio did such a wonderful job moving me last weekend. They were very efficient with their time and very careful with all of my belongings. This is my 3rd move that I have used Move 4 Less and they never seem to disappoint me. I highly recommend them and I am happy that they were able to meet all my needs during this move.
I saved a lot of money because the team worked quickly and efficiently. Because they were so good at loading and unloading, they never left anything behind. Still, unfortunately, I had some extra items that I forgot to mention to the movers, and they took it for me anyway. I couldn't believe how easy it was to handle everything.
The move was ok the guys that moved us were vary rude and would not let my sons help ,they just put stuff storage anyway didn't care at all how it was put in the storage space when I called customer service they said my kids could help with the move so it would faster, but that was not the case . What I was posed about was the rudeness there tip went from $100 each to $ 40 each by the end of the move don't think I will use them again
Movers came on time and were very professional. They got all our items moved in one trip. Thanks for the awesome move.
I asked for bags not to be taken and I found them thrown in the back of the storage. I had live plants that I found today that were smashed, broken pots with soil all over my pillows. Those were not supposed to go to storage. Nothing was neatly stacked it was all thrown in. I’m literally going to have to unload the entire storage. My quote was $690.00 for the move and when it was done and I was in front of the storage, the price was over $1000.00. This place is awful!
I had the most disappointing experience I never thought possible - I will never use this moving company again! The movers broke a light fixture and shattered glass all over and scratched up the vinyl floor moving the furniture. They took forever to deliver my furniture to my new address because they stopped at McDonald's to eat on the way and didn't communicate so I was left waiting at my new place waiting for them to show up. They even had the audacity to ask me to throw away their McDonald's trash when they left!! Additionally they forgot to re-assemble the bed and only after calling to complain did they returned an hour later to re-assemble it. They charged me an extra $112 from the price I was quoted. I will certainly be disputing this charge with my bank. BUYER BEWARE!!!
