Moving company in Las Vegas, NV
We’re missing a headboard mirror which was brand new. This company moved our furniture into storage a year ago and moved us back into the same unit a year later. We have pictures of the original move. Someone was supposed to send a claim form, but none to date.
Great team! They were in time, prepared, professional, and quick! If I ever have another move again. I want the same group of guys who helped. Highly recommend 👌🏽.
I really didn't like my move the first thing when the movers came in was this to much stuff I can't move that I can't take that I was so shocked the way they approached the situation. I moved everything for them to one room plus everything was ready for them I know I paid by hrs and even called they started saying I needed to pay them from the job site to the office WHAT!!!!! that was not said on the phone when I got my quote so alot of my stuff that had glass stayed behind they started to quote me by items not by hrs I was so confused..I was shocked and very unhappy my quote was for 3 hours at $480 and if I went an hour over it was going to be close another $160 extra by the time we were done moving the man charged me $920 I was very shocked I am not happy with this move for less a lot of stuff wasn't mentioned when I got my quote so I thought I was paying by the hour which when he charged me he only stayed an hour extra which was a total of 4 hours but charged me 6 hrs when they were finished unloading everything. I have to pay them before they could unload anything so I had to pay them the $920 even though they stayed the 4 hours not the 6 hrs . I am very unhappy and I also called to see if I can get some of my money and the man was supposed to call back but he didn't. . I will never use these people again they are rip offs..
I wouldn’t recommend this company to move my dead dog out of the street! They are highly unprofessional. It took over a month for my parents items to arrive in Michigan their customer service is very very horrible and I paid for the service in full upfront so you would think that they would have had a little more urgency with this matter. I was given the runaround multiple times before I even got a resolution I’ve never heard of such good company taking so long to bring items to another state They didn’t even try to resolve the issue by offering some sort of refund or resolution. All I got was attitudes and people that didn’t want to help me with this situation. I went and got the items I would. My experience with this company doesn’t match the reviews. I am highly disappointed in their services and my parents weren’t too happy. I don’t like how they do business & I would never refer anyone to them In life or an after life!
I had the most disappointing experience I never thought possible - I will never use this moving company again! The movers broke a light fixture and shattered glass all over and scratched up the vinyl floor moving the furniture. They took forever to deliver my furniture to my new address because they stopped at McDonald's to eat on the way and didn't communicate so I was left waiting at my new place waiting for them to show up. They even had the audacity to ask me to throw away their McDonald's trash when they left!! Additionally they forgot to re-assemble the bed and only after calling to complain did they returned an hour later to re-assemble it. They charged me an extra $112 from the price I was quoted. I will certainly be disputing this charge with my bank. BUYER BEWARE!!!
Local guy was wonderful. Helper was a hard worker. We tipped them both well. The driver didn't call in advance and came unprepared. He was rude, tried to block our street for the move and also had to be watched to make sure he packed correctly. He also got a tip, but it was much smaller. In the end, however, due to the prodding on the local guy, everything was packed and on the truck. With more extensive training, the driver could become a good helper, as long as there is someone else to supervise him closely.

Poor communication. Did not say anything about you have more than we anticipated and then said they were only taking what was on a list they solely came up with without any input from us or the person moving. Very sad for the moving party.
Movers came on time and were very professional. They got all our items moved in one trip. Thanks for the awesome move.
