Trustworthy moving company
My previous movers damaged my furniture beyond repair. So, I had to buy brand new furniture. My lawyer is suing that company. This time when I was moving, I did my research thoroughly and hired Midland van lines. They were pretty good. I can’t afford the fancy moving companies. They gave me a very reasonable quote. They gave me amazing value for that money. The movers were all well trained and very professional. None of my new furniture suffered any kind of damage. I’m so happy I don’t have to sue another moving company.

If you need a very good moving company and also at a reasonable amount, hire Midland van lines. They are the one for you! They are very efficient, skilled and professional. They will move you like no other! They have the best team that will take care of everything for you. I hired them a month ago and they made my move so easy and smooth. They came on time and packed everything with care. Not just the packing, they moved everything very carefully too! There were no damages in the end and the price did not change. You can rely on this moving company!

I’m very fond of them
I’m one of the regular clients of Midland van lines. The reason why I always go back to them when I have to relocate is because they are just amazingly reliable. They have relocated my valuables 5 times now and they are yet to damage anything. That is a damn good achievement! It does help when they charge me such low prices for the amazing movers they keep sending. Each crew I have worked with has amazed me with their skills and efficiency. All in all, this company is a moving giant and you must hire them for your next move.

Very good moving company
I am so thankful to Midland van lines for making my relocation so easy. I had hints about their quality when I first called them and the man on the phone sounded so experienced. He called me back with an amazing price tag. Everything went smoothly from there on. They kept in touch with me before, during and after my move. The movers were all very enthusiastic and efficient. They finished the job so fast that I felt like I should tip them generously. Each of my valuables was moved without even a slight scratch on them. I can blindly rely on this amazing moving company.

Worst Experience with a Mover in my life
When planning a move, some things might seem obvious. You want to get a price for getting your belongings packed, placed on a truck, and delivered safely to your new home. You might also consider guarantees regarding the possibility of a loss due to damage or misplaced items. The quality of all of the work being offered also matters. Well, Midland Van Lines fell far short in every category and many others. Beware! This company is NOT a moving company with trucks and workers that are hired and supervised by a corporate structure. The fact is that the moving company business consists of movers and those who contract with movers. Midland will work very hard to convince you, if you inquire, that they are a full-service moving company. Do NOT believe them. They are a contractor. We saw two different trucks and two different crews. The competence of each crew was also quite different. Read their contract carefully if you are foolish enough to hire them. Two items stand out. They cover loss by paying by the pound but charge for the move by the cubic foot. They pay 60 cents a pound for damaged items. They do not cover any furniture made with fiberboard, such as almost all furniture sold by IKEA. Midland Van Lines failed to give me a set price. They gave me an estimate, called one week before the move, and altered it based on exact descriptions of items. They then upcharge for that change. We refused to accept the higher estimate. On the day of the move, the contract states that you shouldn’t allow the movers to place any items on the truck until they give you a guaranteed final price. They refused. Now what could we do? We were stuck. So, delay our move? Not possible in almost any scenario, right? So, we let them load the truck. When finished, they said, we will either lower or raise the price based on the final cubic feet calculations. Did we get to measure? No, we had to trust them. The contract meant nothing. The increased cost was $1282.80. Now, about our move. They lost items and couldn’t find them. They delivered items that weren’t ours and didn’t attempt to recover them for their owners. They refused to cover the loss because of that fiberboard clause. They offered a $50 courtesy payment for my loss of over $450 of items that didn’t arrive. Two different moving crews and trucks were involved in my move. I paid three different entities, and only one was Midland Van Lines. The others were all contractors. You will find many reviews of this company, and they will all include some version of our story. Hire a company that gives you a set price, reasonable guarantees for loss, and has equipment and crew hired by them. This usually means someone local. Beware, some companies are NOT local and have similar or the same name as local companies. We believe our move was unsatisfactory due to the upcharge and undelivered items.

Safe delivery
My granddaughter loves the piano and I wanted to give her my old piano for her birthday which was coming up soon. I contacted Midland van lines to move my piano. It was a bit old so it had to be well taken care of. I do not know what they did but when I went to see my granddaughter last week, I saw that it was in very good condition. I think they even cleaned it a little bit. There were no damages and there were no scratches! Unbelievable! Thank you so much! I will not forget this! Good job!

They delivered on time
Most moving companies usually give you a time period during which they would deliver. All of them deliver at the end of that timeframe. So, imagine my surprise when they decided to deliver on the first day of that period! I was just so glad that I didn’t have to spend my first nights on an air mattress. It was so stressful leaving but Midland van lines made my move quite easy.

Fabulous job
Midland van lines certainly knows how to move you! They are very quick, professional and efficient. They moved my one bedroom apartment cross country and they did a fabulous job. They were punctual at every stage and they moved every single item with care. There were no damages in the end and there were no extra fees. Everything went according to plan! For the first time in my life, I did not need to suffer! I give them 5 stars without any doubts! I will use them again and I will recommend them to all.

Don’t waste your money
Please don’t fall for the moving companies which quote ridiculously cheap numbers! I think it’s better to hire a company who knows how to do the job properly; even if that costs you a little more. I hired Midland van lines to handle my move. They are definitely not the cheapest moving company, but they have an amazing reputation. They really didn’t disappoint me. Their men were very efficient- from packing to loading! I was very glad to receive the delivery of all my belongings in perfect condition on the scheduled date. I really couldn’t have asked more. I think those extra dollars really added value to this service.

I loved how they dealt with every situation
This moving company is very experienced and skilled. They have a solution for everything. The day they came to work, the lift was not working. They did not mind at all and they moved everything by the stairs. They packed everything so well that nothing got damaged. On delivery, they could not get the furniture in from the door. You know what they did? Somehow, they got it in from the window! It was so amazing! I have never seen such an amazing crew. I will use them again and I will recommend them. Midland van lines is like no other!
