Read More I didn’t leave a comment because I didn’t want to hurt the business but since you asked. You left many items behind, broke a few items and were unprofessional. I heard many negative things about this company but gave you all a chance. Big mistake.

I had only hired one moving company before (a friend of a friend) and had an okay experience with them. And that was just moving to the next town over. So when I was look ... Read More I had only hired one moving company before (a friend of a friend) and had an okay experience with them. And that was just moving to the next town over. So when I was looking to move the contents of 2 houses, one 3 hours away in Maine, I wanted to make sure I didn't hire just any fly-by-night company. Michael Brooks Moving was a pleasure to work with from the first phone call...and their estimate was much lower than any other company I had spoken to! They were great at communicating so I knew what time to expect them on moving day. The 3 movers that showed up were polite, respectful (of me as a person and my stuff) and efficient! It was a long day with the 6 hour round trip commute but they did it all in one day. As the day was drawing to a close and the truck was empty, they asked one last time if I needed help with anything else. They made an already stressful situation so much better! I would use them again without hesitation and will recommend them to everyone I know!

Read More We moved from a 2300 sq ft house to a new house across the state in mid November. The experience we had with Michael Brooks was very professional and efficient from the visit for the quote to the wrap up at the new house. Michael did a great job examining our possessions to give an accurate quote (several local movers I called wouldn't even do that), and gave advice on how to pack. The team of 5 showed up on time on moving day, were extremely courteous and professional, and worked incredibly efficiently. Everything was moved quickly, with no loss or damage. I hope to not move any time soon, but if I do I would definitely use Michael Brooks Moving.
