Read More Working with this moving company was an absolute nightmare. I was initially promised delivery within 48 hours of pickup. However, only after my belongings were fully loaded into the truck did the movers mention delivery could actually take up to 14 days. Had they been honest with me upfront, I never would have booked them. My items were picked up on July 30th. On July 31st, a representative explicitly assured me that signing the paperwork would guarantee delivery by Wednesday, August 5th. Yet, when I called to check in, I received endless runarounds and was told to wait another 2–3 business days just for an update. My belongings finally arrived on August 12th. When the truck was unloaded, the destruction was appalling: my antique mirror was shattered, my shoe rack was ruined, my lamps and furniture were cosmetically damaged, my weight vest was leaking sand, and my broom was missing entirely. To top it off, the movers were unloading items that weren't even mine. The level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism throughout this entire process was completely unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and hire a different company.
