This was one of the best, most professional moving company I have ever had. My delivery guys went way above and beyond in the delivery & set-up of my patio furniture—they were quick, personable & very helpful! I could not have been happier with the entire experience!
Although the move took a lot longer than expected, the move went smoothly. The next time we use them (and we will) we’ll go with the 4 mover option. The three movers were professional and precise. We’re still unpacking but so far, nothing was broken. They seemed to take great care of our belongings. We felt safe with these guys and they were very kind to us.
I moved from California to Florida in the mountains. I did not use packing service services and the estimate. But I have to say it was worth it. The young gentleman who moved me from a 2200 square-foot home to an 1800 square-foot home very polite and capable. At each step in the process, I was contacted to make sure things were going smoothly. The movers worked quickly and communicated efficiently. I would use them again.

I was honestly very impressed with how well the movers handled everything. They worked quickly without ever seeming rushed, and they finished right on time, which made a big difference for me. They were careful with all my belongings and stayed organized throughout the entire move. What really stood out, though, was how kind and easygoing they were—it made the whole experience feel much less stressful. It’s rare to come across a team that combines efficiency with such a great attitude, and they did exactly that.
Working with this moving company was an absolute nightmare. I was initially promised delivery within 48 hours of pickup. However, only after my belongings were fully loaded into the truck did the movers mention delivery could actually take up to 14 days. Had they been honest with me upfront, I never would have booked them. My items were picked up on July 30th. On July 31st, a representative explicitly assured me that signing the paperwork would guarantee delivery by Wednesday, August 5th. Yet, when I called to check in, I received endless runarounds and was told to wait another 2–3 business days just for an update. My belongings finally arrived on August 12th. When the truck was unloaded, the destruction was appalling: my antique mirror was shattered, my shoe rack was ruined, my lamps and furniture were cosmetically damaged, my weight vest was leaking sand, and my broom was missing entirely. To top it off, the movers were unloading items that weren't even mine. The level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism throughout this entire process was completely unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and hire a different company.
