We arranged for a long distance move with this company from New York to indiana. Our stuff was picked up on February 23rd. For the business delivery was extremely unlikel ... Read More We arranged for a long distance move with this company from New York to indiana. Our stuff was picked up on February 23rd. For the business delivery was extremely unlikely to take longer than 7 days. We were told by nicholas, the agent who dealt with us, that he almost never had a situation where it took more than 10 days. The contract states that for anything beyond 10 days we would be paid a fee for every further day of delay. It has now been 12 business days and there has been no word from the company. We made multiple attempts to contact the company to find out at least where our stuff is so that we have a rough time frame. The company is unaware of where the truck is or where our stuff is. We spoke to Aisha at the customer support center who was incredibly rude and told us that this is not her problem and that anything after 30 days is considered a legal delivery time frame by the department of transportation. We now have an empty house and still don't have our stuff, and have no idea when it will actually arrive.
