The senior agent came to my house to sign documents, but he told me to wait to pay until the transfer was complete. Surprisingly, thanks to their fantastic staff, the change went considerably more smoothly than I had expected.

Read More I’m just a little at a loss on this one. Have a situation where my in laws are leaving their home to move close to myself my wife and kids. These things are stressful enough and certainly expensive. The gentleman I spoke with seemed like a nice guy initially but had suggested some prices that even I thought were too good to be true.. and they were. When I had made mention of that he took great offense to it and suggested that I had excluded relevant information from our text message conversation which was certainly not the case. (I reread our text conversation) ultimately he hung up on me because I had suggested that the low price was mentioned to get me to move forward, I was professional and composed and he did not represent himself or his company very well. His name was Michael, and I’m hoping that he can use this as a learning experience.
