Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

The crew was polite!!!

Johnny and the crew arrived promptly, carefully packed and delivered our belongings. The level of service they provided was just astounding. Plus, unpacking was a breeze because they had bolded the names of the boxes. Everything arrived undamaged and on schedule. Well done!

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

I expected a much smoother experience.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.

Everything went smoothly

I am stunned at how easily they moved me out of the city without any fear of losing, damaging and delaying my possessions. The movers were proficient and handled everything from paperwork to meeting customs requirements and ensuring on-time delivery. They also took care to email me at all times to keep me informed.

Worst Joke Ever.

I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.

Worst customer service.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
