Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.

I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

Very disappointing experience.

My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.

The movers took great care with all of my belongings, especially my antique china and other fragile items. They marked the cartons and put extra padding inside to be sure nothing would happen to the contents. Not only did the vehicle arrive in perfect condition, but all of my belongings were as well. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Worst customer service.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

Very happy customer.

I needed to move from TX to NY, and I was looking for a reliable and affordable moving service. I found Mayzlin Relocation LLC, who came through for me in a big way. James and Jack were very hardworking and diligent, moving my furniture, including my couch and dresser carefully. They packed and wrapped everything in a way that ensured their safety and security. They also delivered everything to my new home without a scratch or a dent. They were very friendly and professional, and I was very happy with their service.
