A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

Although the price wasn't the cheapest, my past experiences taught me that choosing cheap services leads to poor quality. I spoke with Nelson when Jerry was unavailable, who was equally great. The care shown by both owners and employees is evident. The movers were friendly, and we encountered no issues with packing, shipping, or delivery to our new home . Mayzlin Relocation LLC will be my top choice and recommendation for future distance moves. Thank you!
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
These guys were very responsive, fast, efficient and asked all the right questions. They know what they’re doing.
