Moving company in Charlotte, NC
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
We received great assistance from George and his colleagues in moving us to our new site. They handled the storage of our belongings with care and promptness. They also have reasonable pricing. I am also able to suggest them to others.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
After my previous company didn't follow through, they came to my rescue with a last-minute transfer. The service was prompt and efficient, and my belongings were delivered without delay. The service provided was exceptional, and the phone staff was extremely helpful and polite. I highly recommend them.
Jason informed me that he and his team were en-route. Almost instantly, they arrived. Our movers entered the scene and carefully evaluated the situation, weighing the options for the next steps. The team immediately began working on the task. Before packaging, each item was carefully wrapped in plastic and blankets. They completed the assignment promptly and effectively.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
