Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
Lovely experience with Mayzlin Relocation LLC. Booking took less than 20 minutes since the whole process was online and easy and Robert helped us sort out our moving team, and trucks as well. Thankfully, it went seamlessly on moving day as well and we received all our belongings in one piece at our condo in MD. They have our highest recommendation!
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
Their disassembly and assembly skills are second to none! They tackled our extensive furniture collection like pros, taking care not to damage a single piece. If you have complex furniture sets, look no further.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
The movers' extra effort in packing my belongings was much appreciated. They used two layers of wrapping for every piece of furniture, including tables, desks, couches, and chairs. They used furniture sheets to shield the more fragile items during transport.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
