Super PRECISE and ON TIME!

This company is reliable, kind, and informed. They sent three movers to transfer me to a double-story home under only one day's notice. They moved big desks and cabinets with ease and left no damage on any item. They were incredibly patient and skilled at moving big, awkward objects around sharp turns and through small openings. It was tough work, so I was relieved to have them.

Very disappointing experience.

My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

I expected a much smoother experience.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

Worst customer service.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.

Great service and lovely to deal with

This company came to my rescue when the previous moving company exceeded my expectations. Their deft management of IT equipment, personal belongings, and workplace furniture reduced tension. We had unexpected challenges to overcome, and Carl was a huge help.

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

We'll use them again!

This moving firm is great! We recently had a great time with their packers. As we asked, they identified every box and carton and packed our things twice. Along the way, jack kept us up to date on what was going on and delivered the things the same day. We're very pleased!
