Customer Highlights

Cool Guyz.

When it came time for the recovery, the crew members from Mayzlin Relocation LLC were incredibly helpful, and our overall experience with them was excellent. Their customer service was always helpful and kind, whether I had concerns regarding the pricing or needed to make changes to my order. The best aspect was that there were no unexpected costs or harm. We ought to take pride in Mayzlin Relocation LLC.

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

Very disappointing experience.

My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.

Thanks guys. You are awesome.

Mayzlin Relocation LLC did its best to make the transition from SD to FL as smooth and easy as possible, but we were still prepared. There was no doubt that Andrew was forthright and honest on the scope of the estimate. Despite the challenges, the group accomplished the onerous task of moving into a new apartment and storing some of our belongings.

They were very responsive.

The team unpacked and assembled our furniture carefully, and everything was stored and moved perfectly! The process is very hands-off, and the movers are very professional. I would definitely recommend it and will use them again. So worth it!! They were also amazing with my dog.

Worst customer service.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
