I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
Moving a condo to the 5th floor can be challenging, but this team handled it expertly. Because they were familiar with the building's relocation protocols, they made the elevator reservation and loaded the truck without upsetting the residents. They cautiously moved through narrow hallways and elevator doors to prevent scratching the walls and flooring. I’m stunned by their professionalism.
A portion of my furniture consisted of heirloom pieces, and I was worried that the relocation would ruin them. The movers were extremely careful with them, wrapping them in multiple layers of protection as if they were priceless possessions. When we arrived at my new place, they took everything out of the packaging and set everything up just like I had requested. They were incredibly professional and paid close attention to detail.
It was a great experience! Moving our large furnishings was difficult, but the workers did well. They disassembled and reassembled everything to simplify things. I'd use them again for future moves!

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
