Fast, Careful Long Distance

I can’t speak highly enough about these guys. Very professional, careful and quick. Any industry where you pay by the hour can make you nervous that the company is going to do you over by going slow or miss-report the time. But you immediately feel trusting of the team and they spend your time and money like it is their own. No damage anywhere and they were super respectful of our things and moving amongst my young family. I highly recommend them!

Spectacular move!!

We got moving quotes from different companies. I had some questions that were clearly answered over the phone call and I was satisfied. We were moving to NY from MA and Mayzlin Relocation LLC was very helpful. The move itself went smoothly, we chose an excellent moving company. Will use them again!

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Overall, the experience was disappointing.

The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

Stolen ad broken itens.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They did a full pack service and threw all my items recklessly in boxes with no care in the world. Broke my white desk, boxes are missing, missing 2 of my lamps and my art work is missing as well. Also, just turned on my 65 inch tv and it’s completely broken!!! Customer service is awful and rude as if they paid for move! This company is at that bottom of the barrel! Don’t use them at all!!

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

Worst customer service.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
