My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
Excellent working with the movers. They exceeded my anticipations. The fact that they treated my relocation efficiently and professionally was what I found most significant. They took everything along so they wouldn't have to spend time getting it afterward. The transition went well, and I am so grateful to them!
The moving team went above and beyond by helping me organize my new area, in addition to being efficient when loading and unloading the vehicle. They moved my antique dresser and wooden swings and made me happy with the arrangement in my new home.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
I couldn't have asked for a better crew to manage my move; they were swift, efficient, and knew their thing better than anybody. The devotion and hard effort of these movers left me dumbfounded. Good work.
