Moving company in Charlotte, NC
They're a great company with great people. They did the job well, fast, and with a smile. They went above and beyond, and I appreciate them so much. They made moving the only good thing about it. I highly recommend them and will use them again!
The help with moving was top-notch. The movers we hired were wonderful people who did an excellent job. They handled my goods carefully and helped me unload and set up my furniture and appliances like dishwashers, fridge and washing machine. They were amiable, so many thanks!
As thеy packеd all of my things, thеy wеrе vеry hеlpful and professional. Thеy еvеn camе up with a plan at thе last minute to makе surе I would gеt to thе storagе facility on timе.
A+ for communication! They sent me regular updates on their arrival time and progress. It made the whole process feel like a team effort. Moving day was awesome with this reliable crew.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
