Moving company in Charlotte, NC
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
Joseph and Paul did a great job moving my mother-in-law. She had a lot of furniture and sentimental stuff. They were respectful and careful with everything. Got to her new place on time and helped her get settled. My husband and I were really thankful for their help.
Mayzlin Relocation LLC workers were quick, courteous, and punctual. I was really impressed by how carefully they covered each item of furniture they moved. They exceeded my expectations, and I will not hesitate to use them again. I really value how fast and safe my money was sent.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
One of my colleagues recommended your company with the highest possible rating, and when I needed to move houses at the last minute, you guys came through for me and made it look easy. Consistently reliable, and always sporting a cheerful attitude. I plan to use it myself and advocate for it to others.
Their packing and moving skills were top-notch. Their asking price was quite close to the actual cost. One of my clients gave me the recommendation, which I much value. Because of my positive experience, I would recommend this firm.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
