I hired Mayzlin Relocation LLC to move to IL and they met all of my expectations and needs. Robert and Charles were very responsive and helpful from the initial quote to the final delivery. They also offered me a variety of services, such as packing, unpacking, storage, and insurance.
Michael and his team of 3 were awesome! They showed up on time on moving day, got their packing supplies out and began working. They wrapped all my valuables in several layers to ensure they were properly protected. Additionally, they remained in constant touch with me during transit and delivered everything safely. I couldn’t have asked for more!
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The team was very professional and efficient. They carefully packed my studio items and made sure everything was secure for the move. They also set up my appliances and furniture in the new place.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
