Moving company in Charlotte, NC
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
I was so impressed by how organized the team was. They showed up with plenty of packing supplies, including bubble wrap, tape, and sturdy boxes. My delicate kitchenware, like wine glasses and ceramic plates, was wrapped individually and placed in boxes labeled "FRAGILE" in bold letters. They also added extra tape on the bottom of the boxes to make sure nothing would fall through. When unpacking, everything was exactly as I had packed it—no chips or cracks.
Mayzlin Relocation LLC provided a premium service when I needed to move my belongings across state lines. They offered packing services, and I decided to go for it since I had a lot of fragile items. The team arrived with high-quality packing materials and handled everything meticulously. They carefully packed my china and glassware, and nothing got damaged during the trip. It was reassuring to know that they took extra precautions to protect my items. The move itself was completed without any hitches, and the staff was always polite and helpful.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
I was downsizing after my kids went to college, and it was an emotional day. One of the movers noticed me struggling with a box of old photos and offered to repack it carefully for me. They also helped me organize boxes in the garage so I’d have easy access to the things I wasn’t ready to unpack yet. Their kindness turned a hard day into a memorable one.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
