I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
This company was recommended by a coworker, and I’m glad I listened. The crew was punctual, prepared, and pleasant to work with. They double-checked every room before leaving, and made sure I didn’t miss anything. At the new place, they patiently placed each item where I wanted it and didn’t leave until I gave the final go-ahead. I couldn’t be more thrilled!
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
