The Guys were absolute troopers!

I moved my small photography studio to a new space across the city. It included lighting equipment, backdrops, props, and a few fragile lenses. I labeled everything, and the movers followed instructions closely. They packed with care and didn't rush through anything. Everything was transported to the new space exactly as it was left. That kind of attention to detail really matters when your gear is your livelihood.

Very disappointing experience.

My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

I expected a much smoother experience.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.

Good Communication!!!

I was relocating my home office, and a lot of my stuff was oddly shaped or fragile—tripods, lighting kits, whiteboards. The crew from Mayzlin Relocation LLC didn’t treat it like an ordinary move. They wrapped each piece with care, asked how I wanted things packed, and gave special attention to the electronics. Everything worked perfectly when I set it up again. Definitely a great experience if you’ve got non-standard stuff like I did.

Trustworthy Movers

I wasn't moving a full household, just some large furniture and storage bins from my parent's place into my new apartment. Still, the movers treated it like a real job, not a side task. They wrapped everything properly, loaded it with care, and got it all delivered quickly. It was clear they took pride in their work. I appreciated that level of attention, even for a small move.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

efficient and polite moving company

I booked with Mayzlin Relocation LLC for a long-distance move from the city to a small town four hours away. I was nervous about my computer equipment and artwork, but they packed everything with care, using blankets and straps to keep it all secure. At the new place, they helped unpack and didn’t leave until I gave the okay. It felt like they really cared about getting it right.
