I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I had to move my small business inventory into a new workspace, and it included shelves, display tables, and lots of breakables. The movers labeled everything, wrapped the glass pieces properly, and didn't mix up any of the boxes. I've worked with other companies before, and none have been as organized as this one. It made setting up the new shop so much faster.

Great Customers Services!

I moved from a furnished apartment into an unfurnished unit and had to bring in furniture from storage. The movers handled everything, from a large sectional to fragile kitchenware. They organized the truck in a way that made unloading simple, which helped a lot since I was doing most of the unpacking solo. They were fast, polite, and got everything in without damaging a thing.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
