Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Brilliant, reliable, and friendly

I had to move on short notice, and these movers came through for me. They worked me into their schedule without hesitation, and on the day of the move, they arrived prepared for everything. They packed and loaded quickly but with obvious care, and everything arrived without damage. Their friendly attitude made the whole experience less stressful, and I'm so grateful for the effort they put in to make it all go smoothly.

Worst customer service.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
