Moving company in Charlotte, NC
My relocation felt completely manageable thanks to Mayzlin Relocation LLC. They were on time, efficient, and thoughtful with every item. The balance between professionalism and friendliness made the entire moving experience a positive one for me.
I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
I had a state-to-state relocation, and it was handled flawlessly. Delivery was punctual, and not one item was broken. The movers updated me throughout, which made everything feel organized and less overwhelming from start to finish.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
I’ve moved from state to state before, and it was always stressful. This time was different; boxes arrived on schedule, heavy furniture was intact, and fragile items were unharmed. The whole process gave me confidence and peace of mind.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
