Moving company in Charlotte, NC
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
I needed a last-minute move where two properties were closing on the same day, and the entire move had to be done in one shot. I was truly amazed by the efficiency and professionalism the moving team exhibited. They came fully prepared and got the job done perfectly. My move wouldn't have been possible with anyone else. I highly recommend them for professional moves.
Robert and Nelson were like game-changers while packing and wrapping my delicate sculptures, macrame and novelty barware! And yes, their services were affordable too! You won't regret bringing them on board, dude!
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
Your assistance during my time of need is deeply appreciated. Your timely response was crucial, and I'm thankful to everyone involved. Your support in sending the three men was invaluable. They executed the task flawlessly, and I'd like to convey my gratitude for your patience and kindness.
