The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

Despite my initial request for a team of two, I ended up with five individuals who were all very skilled in their own fields and enjoyed collaborating. Their upbeat attitude and eagerness to help made my relocation considerably less stressful. They actually gave what they promised, so I'm glad I went with them.

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I had all sorts of stuff, from fragile glassware to big, heavy furniture like a massive sectional sofa, a king-sized bed, and a dining table with eight chairs. These guys had it all covered. Their planning and skills were top-notch.
