I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
My biggest concern was my upright piano—I was so worried it would get damaged during the move. Mayzlin Relocation LLC assured me they were experienced in moving large instruments, and they certainly delivered. They used padding, a piano board, and straps to keep everything secure. The movers worked as a team to lift and place the piano onto the truck, moving slowly and with precision. When they delivered it to my new home, they made sure it was placed exactly where I wanted it without a scratch. Their expertise was clear from start to finish.
The movers were both courteous and professional. They greeted me with a smile and were respectful of my property. Their attention to detail was evident as they wrapped up furniture and ensured nothing was scratched or damaged. I truly appreciated their hard work.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
I loved that the movers were punctual and showed up exactly at the time they said they would. They were friendly, patient, and asked the right questions before moving anything to ensure they were placing items in the correct rooms.
